Hi

I normally use a 5 kg washing machine and it does the job for me. Now I bought an expesive cooker and fridge freezer both black and wanted to find a matching washing machine.

Unfortunately the only black and matching machines I find are minimum 8kg loads. Now my question is, if I am constantly do at most 5kg if even that, is it good to still buy the 8kg machine? i.e. does it matter if you have a big drum but smaller loads?

The 8kg machine in mind isn't just drum size, it has many other features but really wondering if I am wasting my money or wheather the larger machine is still being used if it is used with smaller loads?

Thanks

The one you bought is fine especially if it is energy efficient. Maybe you will need to do a larger load at times, if you are doing items as bedspreads, comforters, etc.

You can beat the odds by doing Laundry less often, which will give you larger loads and make use of the larger capacity washer. other than that it would Waste more water for small loads, Plus if the washer has features you will not use, then it's a waste all around,

maybe a stack washer and dryer or use small cycle
